The Order of the Dolphin was first given in the second year
of Caid,
during the reign of Prince Gregory and Princess Vivian.
This award is intended to honor those persons who have served Caid
above and beyond the normal expectations of their offices or ranks.
At this time, Their Majesties summon ___________ to
present
(him/her)self before the Throne of Caid.
