Throughout the Kingdom, there come deeds or acts that
bear recognition outside the regular structure of awards.
For such deeds does the Crown grant a
Royal Recognition of Excellence.
Therefore, in recognition of their limitless efforts and
contributions to the realm of Caid, do We, (King) and (Queen),
call before Us ____________.
