Crescent called the meeting to order at 11:04am.
The next meetings are September 10th, October 22nd (?), November 5th(?), and December 17th.
Crown Tourney is Sept. 16th. We will need field heralds all day long. Please be there! Please volunteer!
October 4-9 is GWW. We will need some heralds there.
Silver Abacus is moving to Madrone, An Tir. We will need a scribe to take minutes. Please contact Crescent to volunteer. No experience required, but it helps if you're a good typist. The college has some computers, or you can bring your own if you prefer.
Crescent has been unable to use a computer lately. If you haven't received a response, he apologizes. He will reply as soon as he is able to.
Collegium Caidis is coming up Sep. 30-Oct 1. There is a Sunday schedule. We are doing a road show there. We'll need heralds and scribes. Please be there! If you are bringing submissions for the road show, be sure you have the submitter's permission for it to be discussed w/in Caid. We need the submissions the day before. Please give them to Trident. We will have books.
Seleny is now Sable Fret. The previous holder of the office has moved to Calafia.
Trident would like help with morning cries at Potrero war.
The current Crown has changed Kingdom law back. If one is going to fight in Crown Tourney, one must have a name and device registered or in submission. Both the fighter and the consort. Next meeting is one week before Crown tourney. The general policy has been that the last meeting is the last opportunity to have something "in submission." Returns from that meeting are still considered to be in submission.
It is your responsibility to notify submitters in writing of returns from Kingdom meetings.

Submitted as Isidora Eill'eva
Both names are Russian, documented from Wickenden's book, 3rd ed. Isidora is the feminine name of a 4th C saint, from page 122. Ellii is the masculine given name of a 4th C saint, from page 82. The addition of 'eva follows Wickenden's example on pg. 387, forming the feminine patronymic from Vasilii to Vasil'eva (see Sof'eia Vasil'eva Dmitreevicha, 1391 c.e). On page xxii, Wickenden states that to construct the masculine patronymic for names ending in "ii", first remove the double "i" and then add the 'ev.
